Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice quiet location just a few km from Porta Arche and Cumano Terme. Large clean apartment with 3 bedrooms with ample kitchen - stocked with many kitchen items, pots/pans, etc. Nice owner who lives next door but does not manage the property (has an agent). Video from agent with directions was very good. Parking space is adequate a small-medium car in front of main doorway. Extra Parking available 100 m away located on main road. WiFi worked great, but only after the owner provided the correct password for the modem.( a minor issue quickly resolved). Rooms were cool and comfortable. We appreciated the bottle of local wine.

Negative: Refrigerator should have been turned on before arrival and wiped clean. Towels were of great size, but main bathroom lacked a small trash bin and bath rugs/towels are needed when coming out of the shower. Kitchen's Ariete coffee maker did not work well, no instructions provided to use the washing machine, some bowls and cups were missing. Agent responded accordingly, via SMS text, but did not reply to voice mail calls. Staircases to get to upstairs bedrooms adequate for young people, but not for older people. We suggested to the nice owner (lives next door) that it would be helpful to provide an extra set of keys, a small microwave oven (for quick heating), paper towels and tissues, and to consider adding mosquito netting to the windows and installing air conditioning.

Summary: Overall nice stay in a large refurbished apartment that can accomodate six people comfortably.
