Positive: The location of the flat was excellent. The bed was really comfortable.

Negative: The bedroom has a glass wall so there’s not much privacy. Hot water ran out after a 10min shower. There was supposed to be a key in the tray on the desk but it wasn’t there. I messaged the host but no one got back to me. Instead I had to use my phone to open the door during my visit. The flat was a little dirty and dusty under the bed, cupboards, cupboard shelves. The price was higher than usual because of Milan design week. I think outside this time the flat would probably be quite good value for money.
