FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed); twin bedroom and one double bedroom that communicate with each other, but also have independent entrances from the outside and share a panoramic terrace, accessible via French windows and connected to the external staircase; bathroom with tub and shower; bathroom with tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The 2,400 sq m garden surrounding Casa Pippin slopes gently towards the pool and features well-kept lawns, flowers, and ancient olive trees. A terrace outside the kitchen is shaded by a pergola, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue, and a lounge area. The garden’s strategic lighting creates an enchanting atmosphere at night, perfect for enjoying the views of Cortona and its surrounding hills. A parking area with two uncovered spaces and one covered spot is conveniently located near the house. The pool is located on a lower terrace, 20 m from the house, and can be reached via a grassy path or a flight of 18 steps. The edge pool offers stunning views of the countryside.
