Casa Selva is set in an amazing estate built in the 1500s by the Medici Family.
Located under half an hour north of Siena, 45 minutes from Arezzo and just over an hour from Florence, the property covers about 250 acres of vineyards, flowers, gardens and fountains. This is where super Tuscan wine is produced and later sold all over the world.
There are some excellent Tuscan restaurants within a five to ten-minute drive and the local village, 10km away, is home to a variety of useful amenities including a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar and bank. It also hosts a weekly market on a Tuesday morning. Supermarkets can be found in Bucine (18km) or Levane (20km).
The nearby vicinity offers delightful activities - horseback riding stables for all levels including beginners and professionals, a polo club, golf and a fitness spa for beauty and wellness.
All of Tuscany’s most important art cities are within short driving distances and also close are charming little villages where it is possible to find small restaurants and buy typical food.
Local markets can be found in Bucine (Wednesday), Montevarchi (Thursday), Siena (Wednesday) and Monte San Savino (Wednesday).

Security deposit?
€2500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner as a pre-authorisation one month before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
