Ancient stone property (500 sq. m.), completely independent, for up to 18 persons with 9 double bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The farmhouse has an exclusive swimming pool, a sauna, an indoor hydromassage tub for 2 persons, Wi-Fi and a fireplace. It’s the ideal solution for groups of friends or large families.
Outdoors and swimming pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with olive and cypress trees, flowers and a great view of the surrounding vineyards, and guests will also find a spacious area divided by characteristic stone walls, furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing moments. The pool is just a couple of steps away from the house via a beautiful path, is in the perfect position for admiring the surrounding woods, vineyards, olive groves and countryside. The panoramic pool is 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 2 m and is surrounded by a bathing area paved in stone with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. Next to the entrance there is a welcoming pergola with a table and chairs and, just a few metres away, the corner with the stonework barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The parking area (10 parking spaces) is in front of the farmhouse. Every corner of the garden boasts a magnificent view of the typical hills of the area.Interior
The house is full of elements of Tuscan tradition, like the typical wood beams on the ceilings and cotto floor tiles. The farmhouse is on two floors.
On the ground floor (4 steps) there is the entrance, the living room, a smaller living room, a kitchen adjacent to the dining room with direct access to the garden, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 double bedroom (air conditioning) with bathroom with hydromassage tub and access to the garden, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, small living room (air conditioning) and access to the garden. An indoor staircase leads up to the first floor with one double bedroom (air conditioning) with bathroom with shower and direct outdoor access, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one double bedroom (air conditioning) with bathroom with shower (no bidet), one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with a small living room and hydromassage tub in the room, one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, but accessible only from an outdoor staircase and from the small terrace there are: one small living room, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower (no bidet), one double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
The furniture has tasteful colours and is very comfortable. We are currently renovating the entire kitchen. There aren't pictures available yet, however, our guests will have a "brand new" kitchen at their disposal! Some of the bathrooms don’t have a window but have extractors, and the bedrooms without air conditioning have fans in them.
Location
The farmhouse is the heart of the Chianti countryside, in the typical hills full of olive groves and vineyards. It’s in a quiet, calm position with a great view, which are essential elements for a relaxing holiday.

The farmhouse has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in some of the bedrooms, central heating, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer in every bathroom and parking within the property for up to 10 cars.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as bathing towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity (but air conditioning is not included), water and gas (but heating is not included). Upon request and to be paid for at the property are dinners and hired help.
Important information
The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. All events are prohibited (weddings, receptions, parties) unless agreed in advance. Consequently, the number of people staying in the property must not exceed the number which was agreed upon. Moving the indoor and outdoor furniture is not allowed without the owner’s permission.

The Chianti area is in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and is the perfect place to discover its rich history. Greve, Radda, Gaiole, and Panzano in Chianti are all nearby via the “strada chiantigiana” road with amazing views. The central position of the property makes it easy to reach Tuscany’s famous art cities like Siena, Florence, Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano.
