Positive: Our Son graduated from UCF so we looked for a place to stay. Apartment is in good conditions (take care some issues),but we really had a bad experience with a shooting situation on the street and at the condominium parking lot at front of Cason. Orlando is not the same now🥹
Negative: We had a shooting situation on day of arrival. It happened at the street and the condominium parking lot at front. Like +20 police cars close the street and nobody can come in or out for about 5 hours… Also owner have to clean better apt floors and bathtub (dead cockroach inside). No bed sheets for the sofa bed (glad we took ours from home). We brought wine but only just 1 glass available.. Again owner has a nice apartment but have to take better care with some issues (understanding about shooting situation is about Orlando today’s situation that city and counties HAVE to take care asap).
