Positive: Property was generally clean, although we found a few bugs such as spiders, in the bathroom. Rooms were spacious. Driveway was clear and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We didn’t cook but the kitchen area clean, open and had ample utensils. Something to keep in mind is that the property doesn’t have a washer/dryer and it’s mentioned on the posting.
Negative: We arrived late in the night and it was pitch dark. There was no instruction on how to find the lock box. It took us a while to find it with our phone torchlights. Bed frames were frail and made noise. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Someone offered to come to help on the final day but it was too late. Thermostat was malfunctioning. The electric switches required an effort to make it work. The property had an attic and a basement that couldn’t be locked. Photos on the posting look much better than reality.
