Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was nicely decorated and clean

Negative: There was no real window in the room, because the window which looked on the pictures like a window to the outside, was actually looking into the old restaurant/ bar. It was therefore really hard to get any fresh air into the room and the aircon was not working. Since the check-in was anonymous (door code), it was hard to reach anyone. I tried to call the contact number, but nobody picked up, so I wrote a message. I got called back once when we were at a restaurant and couldn't pick up, when I tried to call back two times 10 minutes later, I got no answer. In all not a real solution. It should be clearly stated that the window is not an actual window that can be used for airing and the arcon is set not to work before june. Although the room looked nice this is a dealbreaker.
