Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? The latest we may be able to accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per hour needed. Early check-in may also be available at $25 per hour needed.
Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $50 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.
Please do not attempt to break in or tamper with our owners closet which is located in the kitchen. There will be $250 fee assessed if the owners closet is damaged in any way.

Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything. We also have a doorbell camera outside.
