Comfortably furnished it includes all modern conveniences , brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TVs, house is air conditioned, 2 1/2 bathrooms with in-ground heated pool on a wooded 2 acre lot. Beach pass included. There is also a fresh water river in the back yard that empties into the ocean just 100 yards away. Boat lovers, trailer your boat 100 yards down the street to Prince Cove Marina. Nantucket Sound access to Hyannis, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Or just relax at Sampson's Island across from Oyster Harbors. Beach pass to all Barnstable beaches. Loop Beach is only a four mile ride. Craigville Beach is only eight minutes away. Ten minute ride to Main Street Hyannis, or Falmouth and Mashpee. Pomponesset and the Raw Bar with the cape's biggest lobster roll is only a ten minute ride.
