Beautiful townhouse featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and private patio. This house is centrally located within less than 15 minutes from #1 beach in USA Siesta Key Beach (6 miles drive), close to Lido Beach and downtown Sarasota. We are blocks away from famous Legacy Bike and Walk Trail and walking distance to all the shopping nearby including Publix, Walmart Supermarket, Starbucks, CVS, McDonalds, banks and many restaurants right next to this community.
When you walk into this cozy townhome you will feel right at home. This place features an open concept living space and private patio with outdoor seating, grill and sink for a great BBQ day. Our kitchen is fully functional and newly remodeled with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. All 3 bedrooms have walk in closets, TVs, big windows and plenty of light. The bathrooms are updated, laundry inside the unit and plenty of room for an amazing vacation. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys.
