Positive: If you're looking for a part of Da Nang that feels authentic and unspoiled, with plenty of local restaurants and charming little coffee spots, this place is highly recommended. It's a true homestay in every sense. The rooms are neat, well-organised, and everything just works. The owners are a wonderfully warm and humble couple who communicate brilliantly with their guests and make you feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended.

Negative: Being surrounded by real, local Vietnamese life means it can take a little more effort to find your way around, but for the more seasoned traveller, that's all part of the charm.

Summary: Not your typical tourist stay, and that's precisely what makes it so special.
