Summary: The remote control for the tv only worked to change the channels. To turn it on and and control the volume, you had to turn it off and adjust the volume at the tv. The bathroom looked like some work had been recently done to improve it. However the plate behind the handle turn on the water had the hot and cold signs reversed. The shower curtain appeared to be old with a dark smear that looked like feces on it. The curtain liner was missing a lot of the bottom half. While those are not major issues, it appears that if there had some improvements made recently, those would have been easy fixes.
