A rural house situated in the hills, in a very panoramic area, between the sea and the mountains, just 5 km from the center of Reggio Calabria, is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the beauty of the countryside without giving up the possibility of to reach the main attractions of the area with short trips: Reggio Museum and seafront at 5 km, Gambarie tourist center of the Aspromonte 20 km and also the beaches of the Ionian or Tyrrhenian coast at 15 minutes by car. What makes the house special is certainly the garden characterized by beautiful centuries-old olive trees of over 400 years. Inside the property you will find: parking, olive grove, vegetable garden, chicken coop and two other houses, one is the home of the owners, the other is also intended for tourist rental. Each house is totally independent, the houses are connected by paths and by the common garden as can be seen from the photos. The house of 110 square meters can accommodate up to 7 people, newly renovated, naturally cool in summer and warm and comfortable in winter, consists of two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, living room with wood-burning fireplace and sofa bed, a large built-in kitchen and another w. c. of service. The laundry area with washing machine and iron has an independent entrance and is shared with the annex. Outside, a veranda with a wonderful pergola for your outdoor dinners and many corners to relax. We will welcome you in a rustic and familiar environment, particularly suitable for those who love outdoor spaces and families. Children are welcome, they will find a beautiful lawn with a small playground, plenty of space to run and play and their dedicated services (cot, table seat, etc. on request).
