Summary: They did not disclose that parking was $12 a day (in the middle of nowhere!) or that they only service rooms every other day. And even though I requested to have our room cleaned, it was not done. At 9pm when I returned to the hotel I had to go down to the floret desk to get clean towels and a trash bag for garbage. Customer service was poor.
