Summary: Clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet place in residential neighborhood, close to annamaria island where i joined family, yet had my place at night. Close to walmart and other dining, cocktail options if you choose. Great value for the price. Nice outdoor space but didnt use. Host was very accessable, easy entry into the property. Thumbs up.
