Positive: The decor was great, everything I had expected.
Negative: Water was not hot for the bath, water in basin wasn’t cold for drinking or brushing teeth. There was a foul smell in the night coming from a drain. (Woke me and my partner up it was so bad) Some areas need updating, carpets on stairs worn through and paint work chipped. Tv not working properly
