Short term, seasonal, and 30 day rental. This cute newly updated home is in the City of Venice. Family friendly, and quite neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, convenient store, bank, gas station, and rental car company.
Freshly painted walls inside, and out. New roof, new carpeting in the bedrooms, and laminate throughout the rest of the home. Keyless entry, and outdoor security camera. Fully furnished, and fresh linens, towels, and 3 beach towels. Washer & Dryer in bonus room. 2 bicycles, 2 beach folding chairs, and a beach umbrella. Room for 2 cars on property driveway (Have a covered carport but if owners are in the area they leave their car stored in the carport, but if they aren’t in the area you are welcome to park in it). Backyard has a 4 person patio set with umbrella stored in shed. Lastly, there is a bbq propane grill that you are welcome to use (if it is out of propane you will need to fill on your own).
NO PETS ALLOWED at Property. No Smoking at Property. NO back in parking at this property. No shoes on carpeted areas of the home. No parties at the property. *
