Positive: They kindly replied to my questions promptly, and gave us LOT OF additional useful information. The price was expensive, but good enough to accept. The staff, Stefano who gave us keys was very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot and even took us to the supermarket by his car twice.(He refused to receive a tip... ) We enjoyed having coffee in the balcony,too. There was a mini market in the same building and the station & bus stops were just in front of the apartment.

Negative: Everything was perfect. It would be better if there is a washing machine and the blades of kitchen knife & peeler were sharp enough.

Summary: Wonderful.We'll stay at da Alice again if we have a chance to visit Ostia again.
