The space
This family friendly home provides a home away from home for your Pensacola vacation. The 2 living rooms provide plenty of space to lounge with loved ones. The large sectional can accommodate the entire family for movie night.
There is a fully equipped kitchen & walk-in pantry.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with separate shower & large soak-in tub, in addition to a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also includes a sectional seating area for reading or relaxing.
Roku Smart TVs in each room. The Roku streaming service includes 100's of free channels in addition to the ability to log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, or other streaming services.
A fully equipped coffee bar is available with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and french press.
There's a large fenced in backyard to let the little ones roam around & play. Board games & books are provided if you'd like to unplug. Fast wifi with signal booster & a designated work station for working away from home.

Guests have full access to the home and a large fenced in yard with the exception of a locked shed where we keep lawn maintenance equipment & garage where we store supplies.

House is monitored by Arlo wifi-enabled doorbell surveillance camera. Doorbell has video/audio capabilities in the event a guest may need assistance with entry to the home upon arrival the owner can be reached by simply ringing the doorbell.
