Summary: Really nice hotel, but the blonde lady at the reception with glasses was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’ve never experienced anything like it – probably because we were two guys. Terrible attitude, and no matter how good the hotel is, it doesn’t make up for such a rude and prejudiced receptionist. 👎
