Positive: Had a great time staying here.Very spacious and clean.There was everything you need in the kitchen to cook , such a lovely place to stay.Loved the conservatory area so comfortable. A short 20 min drive to Whitby , plenty of walks around the area.Would highly recommend staying here.

Negative: Drive way was a bit tight to park two cars on however there was additional space just 2 min walk away. The t.v was quite old but for 3nts it wasn't a problem
