Beautiful home. Quiet, private, one level living with no steps. Huge backyard with relaxing Hot Tub, Patios and Outdoor Dining area. Close to Parks, heated Community Pool, Prestigious Golf Courses, Shopping, Restaurants, Stadiums, Theatres, Amusements and Airport. Our peaceful community features 26 miles of biking/walking paths, basketball and tennis courts, football and soccer fields and a picnic area for large get-togethers. If you just want to kick back we have stocked lakes for catch and release fishing. It is genuinely the perfect Get-a-Way place to enjoy our wonderful warm and sunny Arizona Winters.
We offer high speed Wireless Internet with LaserJet Printer, Vivint Security System, R/O Filtered and softened whole house water filtration, 2 bicycles, tennis raquets, Gas BBQ Grill, 6 person Hot Tub, garage and off-street parking. Television in each bedroom. The 55" Flat Panel Smart TV in Family Room has Cable, and a Selection of Movies for the Blue-Ray DVD . The Master Bedroom 49" Flat Panel Smart TV has Antenna for Local Channels. All TV's have access to Netflix. New Stainless Steel Appliances in well appointed kitchen with granite countertops. The Master bedroom has a cozy reading area and direct access to backyard. Master bath has separate shower and soaking tub and is stocked with luuxury quality bed and bath linens, pool towels and hair dryer. We have provided games for fun and books for reading enjoyment and relaxation. Extra treat for you from our Friends at the soap bubble .net, in Illinois, is an assortment of delightfully fragrant and soothing bath soaps for you to select from!

Summary: We booked for 3 weeks with Sue and Larry in their beautiful AZ home. Upon walking in, we looked at eachother in disbelief! The pictures are good, but do not do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning! What was even more amazing was the items supplied in the house, the care and attention to small details. I would have to write an entire novel to explain how amazing things were. Every time we would wonder if they had something in the house, upon finding or seeing it, our often repeated quote became "of course they have it". LolThis place is so far above the normal for rentals it doesn't seem real. Larry and Sue are a "one of a kind" couple. Any little question was answered within minutes! Absolutely spectacular hosts. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!
