Newly remodeled, this beautiful 4 story 4000+ sq ft vacation home is in Frangista Beach area. With 5 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths, this home can accommodate up to eighteen vacationers. Your beach vacation awaits at "SANDY SHEETS." This beach house has new owners, a new name, and a big facelift!
The first floor features: a den with wet-bar and wine cooler, a sleeper sofa, two full baths, and a guest bedroom with a king-size bed. Sliding glass doors open to private backyard swimming pool with gas grill, and outdoor dining tables perfect for , sunning, swimming, entertaining and enjoying an outdoor meal.
The second floor invites you into a to a large open-floor-plan living room, well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and griddle, dining room, and has 3 sets of oversize French doors leading to a expansive balcony with glass top outdoor dining table and comfy outdoor seating. The second floor also boasts a large master-suite bedroom with elaborate furnishings fit for royalty with private bathroom and jetted garden jacuzzi tub and tumbled-marble walk-in shower. The second floor also has a half-bath & powder room for general guest use.
On the third floor of this magnificent home you will find another master suite with king-size bed, sitting area, queen sleeper sofa, and master bathroom with amazing glass & tumbled-marble shower and jetted garden jacuzzi tub. The third floor has two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other a bunk room. The bunk room sleeps up to 5, twin on top, double on bottom and a double trundle. Each guest bedroom has a private bathroom. The third floor also has an expansive balcony stretching the width of the home that can be accessed from the common area or the master bedroom.
And finally, the fourth floor has a double sleeper-sofa, panoramic windows for a view in all directions. This floor has an ocean view from a small indoor bar, or from the rooftop balcony perfect for watching the beautiful Destin sunset.
This home is well appointed, and beautifully decorated. If you’re a chef, you will appreciate this amazingly furnished kitchen! All bathrooms in the home are richly furnished with granite, natural stone, and tumbled marble.

2nd Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Half bath, Master suite with Queen bed & private master-bath with jetted garden tub, expansive balcony with 3 French doors.

The private pool in the backyard can be heated Oct-April if needed for additional $35.00 per day.

The beautiful community pool is directly across the street from this property and can be viewed from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach with gate-code access. Guests of Sandy Sheets also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities.The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access.
Note: Tents or Canopies are not allowed on the Private Beach, which is generally the standard rule in this area. Also, No boats, trailers, or RV's are allowed to be parked at Frangista Beach properties per HOA rules.

Summary: Sandy Sheets was the perfect house for our family vacation. It's a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 13. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is so large that we never bumped into each other. It's conveniently located next to a living room with enough room for all of us to hang out. There are plenty of beds & rooms for everyone. And the views from the 4th floor balcony are amazing. It's minutes from a private beach and comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella that were always front & center on the beach. Just 1 block off the main road, it's very convenient to walk to coffee, restaurants and beach shops, making it the perfect location.Chuck & Cali are great hosts! They communicate very well and let us know as soon as the house was ready. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.Thanks Chuck & Cali for making our family vacation such a memorable one!!
