Summary: Location is perfect! House has tons of room, even for our group of 19. Interior is updated, and is as advertised! Exterior is becoming weathered. Pool/Spa insert had some difficulty during our stay. After Day 3, circuit breaker for spa side kept tripping. I also suspect the insert may have a slight leak. Don't worry about bringing your beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. to this place....they've got it all waiting for you! Host communication was A. Overall, 4.5/5, we would recommend this one.
