Positive: The apartment itself is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with many great amenities like a coffee machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hairdryer.

Negative: I don't know why nobody mentioned this before, but if you want to sleep well, I cannot recommend this place. Every day at 6:00 AM, the local grocery store / cafe downstairs opens. The noise of the rolling metal shutters being opened is terrible, followed by the constant scraping of chairs. Even with earplugs, it was hard to sleep. During my 5-day stay, I only slept well once, on Sunday, when the place was closed. Additionally, the house rules require you to take out your own trash at the end of the stay. Considering how much we paid, this feels like a bit much, I have never seen such rules in any other Booking.com apartments.
