Melbourne International Airport a mile away. Laundry, cable, wifi internet, utilities all included. Perfect executive rental as we provide everything for your business travel needs. Relax in hammocks under fruit trees and 40' tall palm trees, playing darts & cornhole, enjoy a plethora of board games or books, use the 50" Samsung Smart HDTV to watch movies, video game (includes a SEGA Genesis game system), or enjoy your subscriptions like hulu, netflix, and pandora. Reverse osmosis filtered water tap so no need to buy bottled water during your stay. *Don't bother neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum and observe all local and federal laws and ordinances.
*No pets, no exceptions.
*No smoking (lit or e/vapor) inside home. Please smoke outside, put out butts in pots outside front door and dispose in green outdoor garbage can. Absolutely no illegal drugs (including marijuana). $500 minimum fee if pet is found on or to have been on property. $500 minimum fee if smoking indoors is to be discovered.
*Please notify if any additional overnight guests are added. Pricing accommodates up to 4 with additional $25/night per extra person up to 6 maximum. Booking must be altered and approved prior to approval for extra guests.
*Propane Grill available. Please use fire safety. Extinquish fire, let it cool & dry, then cover when done. Replace propane as required.
