Summary: If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. Two days in a row I found small bugs just walking around the table and the personnel didn’t really care about it. Not really sure why it has such a high star rating.
