Positive: Our stay at Eleve was unlike any other hotel experience we've had in Goa. It has its own unique charm, blended beautifully with nature, friendly and warm staff and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly sets Eleve apart, though, is its people. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the owner, Avinash, whose warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel more like guests at a friend's beautiful home than visitors at a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed not only the exceptional hospitality but also spending time with everyone there. The food deserves a review of its own! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. One dish that we simply cannot stop talking about is the Goan curry served with breakfast alongside eggs—it was packed with authentic flavors and easily one of the most memorable breakfasts we've ever had. A heartfelt thank you to Keith, the manager, who was an incredible host and ensured everything was seamless throughout our stay. Sid and Simeon took such wonderful care of us, always serving us with a smile, recommending delicious dishes, and mixing some fantastic cocktails that made our evenings even more special. This was exactly the kind of vacation we had been looking for; a slow, relaxed, lazy, peaceful getaway. Eleve gave us that and so much more. Thank you to the entire Eleve family for making our holiday so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories, full hearts and we'll be back very soon!
