Pamper yourself in this enchanting ocean view condominium on one of the most private and exclusive beaches in Malibu, and enjoy all the amenities you would expect in a vacation resort.
This bright and lovely one-bedroom condominium is elegantly decorated and furnished for beachside enjoyment. The living room features a sleeper-sofa, fireplace, HD television and patio with breathtaking views of the ocean and the Malibu coastline.
The bedroom has ocean views, shutters, and a sumptuous king-size bed and a television. The bathroom has recently been renovated with designer tile, granite and has a tub and shower combination. The kitchen has granite and newer appliances and is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, and has a dining area directly adjacent. Open the sliding doors and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. There are ceiling fans in the dining area and bedroom.
Take walks on the sand with private beach access; swim in our heated pool and stay fit on the tennis courts and in the fully equipped modern gym; then relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi at the end of the day. There are also volleyball and barbecue facilities on the beach.
Forty five minutes from Beverly Hills, the LAPhil and LAX Airport. Twenty minutes from lively Santa Monica and one hour away from beautiful Santa Barbara and its world-renowned wineries. Summary: Older property but in good condition. Location is very quiet with hardly anyone at the beach. Dogs can run free on the beach and there is about 2 miles of beach to walk when the tide is down.
