Welcome to Enetai Beach! This newly updated home with large yards, a massive wrap around deck, private shared dock, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball hoop is the perfect space for your getaway. Being settled at the end of a long private drive, you will be able to enjoy a peaceful stay just minutes away from all the conveniences of being in town. Enjoy the views and listen to the waves as boats travel by.
There are other rentals on the property, outdoor spaces are shared.
After traveling down the private driveway, let the view take your breath away. Nestled back on a large space sits the immaculate Beach Cabin. This completely remodeled cabin features a large private deck for entertaining, sun bathing, soaking in the hot tub and just watching the beauty around you.

home boasting abundant natural light, cozy and chic decor, comfortable living spaces and amazing views!
Each bedroom had a smart TV and comfy beds for a relaxing night`s sleep.
There are 4 rooms, 2 with Queen size beds, 1 with 2 Twins and a twin trundle, and the 4th is the primary room with a King bed and en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is well- stocked for guests to prepare their favorite meals with all new stainless steel appliances.
Guests will enjoy the comfort and coziness of the living room complete with gas fireplace and TV.
Step out into the expansive yard and take a stroll along the beach. Head down to the dock and hang your feet off edge or sunbathe. Guests can sail to the property and conveniently dock their water craft. Dock, Beach, sport court and grounds are all shared spaces with other guests.
Guests have access to entire house and grounds.
No access to garage or other out buildings
We give guests space, but are available via phone or text and app message
Road to house is narrow and winding. Please follow speed limits and don`t go above 10 - 15 mph. This is a private road used by other home owners, please be courteous.
Firewood is not provided, please follow burn ban rules. it is normal in months July - September that a burn ban is active and open fires are not permitted. Plan accordingly.
Steps to front door are rocky and a bit uneven, please be cautious and use railing.
Dock, beach, grounds and sport court are all shared spaces worth other guests.
Property has on going maintenence such as pest control, landscaping and contractors. Guests may see these vendors during their stay.
Please do not rearrange furniture. There will be an extra cost if furniture needs to be returned to its original space.
Follow all burn ban laws. We do not provide firewood, you will need to bring your own outside of burn ban times.
Please shake sand and debris out of clothing, linens and feet before walking back into the house. This greatly helps our cleaners and keeps costs low.
If you use the grill - please clean it. It is far easier to clean when hot after cooking then when it has sat and gotten cooled down.
If you use the extra propane tank, please let management know.
Follow the speed limit on the road - 10-15 MPH only. People in the community share that road and all are responsible for keeping it in good condition.
Please do not walk on the beach to the right of the property. Only stay on our beach which is quite expansive and offers plenty of walking and exploring space.
Do not enter or visit the other structures on the property. Guests only have access to the space they rented and the exterior land.
Use the dock at your own risk, remember water safety at all times in or around the water.
Home does not allow pets - except service animals. Must let hosts know ahead of time. Service animals are required to be on leash and with their handler at all times. Any pet waste left after your stay will be an additional charge for clean up. Please clean up after your pet! No pets on furniture, no exceptions.
Only those on the reservation are allowed on the property unless given permission by management.
No fireworks
