The Space:
You will love the arched openings on both levels of the home, overlooking the waterway while maintaining some privacy as you watch the occasional manatee, fish, birds, and other wildlife break up your quiet thoughts, leaving you with just enough anticipation of seeing more… or relaxing on a lounge chair by the pool, while cooking up the day’s catch in the outdoor kitchen!
Outdoor living space on both levels of the home, the screened upper patio features a teak dining table under fans, or a couple of swivel rockers to just relax and enjoy the day, the downstairs poolside patio features more dining space, along with a couple of Adirondack chairs and if that isn’t enough, there is a large lot with additional seating, a swing under a big shade tree, a concrete table to enjoy some snacks while watching the corn hole game going on… and when you want a break,… hit that chilled pool that is kept at 82-85 degrees!!! Talk about some chill on a 95-degree day… who doesn’t enjoy sipping that cold drink while sitting poolside.
With room for a 50-55 ft boat (boat lift not available to use) a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower, you are minutes away by boat to Sisters Creek, to the ocean, or the gulf, for a day of fishing or playing, or Boot Key Harbor to idle around sightseeing. Most Restaurants have dockage and can be reached by boat.
AshLynn’s Paradise is not just another rental, the owners live here part time and enjoy sharing their beautiful location with others. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is only a short distance to the 9-hole golf course at Marathon Golf Club, (open to public), 1 mile to groceries, and so many more restaurants close by… You can stop by the Dockside Bar and Grill, or Skipjacks Tiki Bar located across from the Golf Course for afternoon specials, Happy Hour and Live music daily! If that isn’t enough, the “Marathon Lady” Head boat is convenient for a ½ day fishing trip, along with several private charters on the island,
Beautiful Sombrero Beach, (one of the few public beaches in the keys) is a short bike or car ride away at 3 miles, so take our beach chairs and small cooler to spend an afternoon playing in the sand and surf. There are also many parks available to go hiking. The closest is Crane Point Hammock…take a hike and get a fish manicure that will have you giggling.
Lots of extras are provided for your convenience, such as beach chairs, pool towels, spices, oils and other stocked goods, cookware, and paper products to name a few. We do ask that all smoking or vaping be done downstairs patio or yard area (and butts be disposed of properly in provided containers), in respect to the non-smoking owner, and renters that may be booked after you.
Minimum Rental Age- 25 years of age.
Availability of bicycle, boat or paddle board rentals can be arranged for your holiday fun, and we have 4 single, 1 tandem kayaks on site that are available to use.
Guest Access:
All open property space is available for guest including boat dock (boat lift and outdoor storage closets are not available to guest)
Laundry closet is marked - outside lower level - right hand side, upon entry through gated drive

Getting Around:
easy to bike, drive, walk to many amenities in area. grocery store- 1 mile, beach 3-miles, restaurants, bars from 1/2 mile to anywhere on the island, most with docking and accessible by boat, 9 hole golf course approxiatemately 1/2 mile.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum Rental Age 25! Children 8 or older! For safety reasons - Pool Alarms on doors, (you may turn on if you have children) Gated pool area and yard, Gate to boat dock.
Interaction with Guests:
We love our guests and want to provide a 5 star vacation, but we do ask that you follow rules. We are available by text to answer or help find answers to any issues, concerns, even if you just want to know where to get a good sandwich. Failure to follow rules, pets, ext persons ect is grounds for removal with no refund. (City has specific rules we have to abide to or risk losing license.)
