3 Bedroom House in North Central Hollywood, Hollywood

Welcome! I have 3 bedrooms/2 bath. The master bedroom includes a very comfortable queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser with plenty of drawers and a big closet. This bedroom also includes a full size bathroom. The 2nd room includes a queen bed, dresser, night stand, desk ,and a closet. The 3rd room has a dresser 2 night stands a closet and a queen sized bed as well.
There are 2 full bathrooms; one main one in the hallway and one in the master bedroom. For every additional guest we include an extra fold up bed.The Kitchen is well equipped. Included is a stainless steel fridge, dish washer, microwave ,toaster, and coffee maker and an electric stove. (as well as dishes and utensils) As you exit the kitchen, there is a dining room that includes a table and chairs. This leads to the spacious Arabia themed living room that comes with a full sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, a table & TV for your entertainment.
The house is well lit and open. You will have access to a big backyard in which there is a Barbecue and 2 full sized patio tables.& Of course this will be surrounded by greenery and beautiful weather!
The location is very safe and quiet. And Since its on a dead end street, there isn't any traffic. Downtown Hollywood is only a 2 minute drive in which you will find, restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is a 10 minute drive away. 14 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International airport and 30 minutes to Miami airport, 15 minutes to Aventura mall, 12 minutes to the Gulfstream Park and Casino, and 15 minutes away from The Hardrock Hotel and Casino (which offers plenty of restaurants, clubs, and nightlife if you decide to avoid South Miami), South Beach is a 30 minute drive away, and Biscayne bay is 25 minutes away. within 3 miles there is shopping plazas, and groceiry shops nearby!
What i Love about this place and area is its in the middle of everything you'll ever need. Malls, restaurants, shops, hospitals and beaches! You'll have an amazing time!

Summary: This was a nice little place it did what we needed it to do for our week stay. There was an issue when we showed up but they fixed it within the first few hours and that’s the important part in my eyes is how a person/place fixes issues. It does feel a bit lived in so once we noticed that we did something else with our clothes and things. It was a bit dirty in areas but I’m not that picky for it to concern me. Thanks for the stay!
