At this 4th generation beach house we have Central Air-Conditioning, High Speed Wi-fi, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and Hardwood Floors throughout,
Outside, a gas grill, gas Fire pit, outdoor seating & dining; We have Beach Equipment ; Chairs, Umbrella, cooler & beach toys and games.
For the littles, we have a Children's library and 2 seater red wagon; booster chair with tray, and
a pack n play, if needed
There are kayaks available to explore Kelly Bay, Dinahs Pond and Follins Pond, at the end of the road.
We have Family Board and Card Games, HDTV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu.
All you need to relax, unwind and enjoy time together.

Summary: This property exceeded expectations. The living areas, especially the three season room, was exactly what a vacation should have. The accommodations had everything we needed and more. This will be our first option when returning to the Cape
