Fandango is a cozy cottage-style home that has plenty to offer. The spacious open-concept kitchen and living area provide ample seating for your vacation group. Whether you’re sunbathing or stargazing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget the beautiful, crystal-clear waters of the Frio River! The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you’ll need, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A large food pantry and BBQ tools are also available. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway near Bedroom 3. Outside, you’ll find picnic tables and additional seating on the covered back porch and sun deck. Enjoy amenities such as a jukebox, pool table, hot tub, and a horseshoe pit (please bring your horseshoes). There's also a children’s playground, a hammock, washer cups (you’ll need to bring your washers), and cornhole boards. The outdoor pool cabana provides a wonderful extension for your enjoyment. This single-story home allows for easy access, and the paved parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 vehicles. Most of our homes in Concan are just a 5-minute drive from public access to the Frio River.
To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.
