Outside the house there are kayaks for adventures, a swimming pool, Hot tub, private beach area with loungers and Beach chairs for relaxation, a floating dock for fishing and docking a boat up to 24’, tropical foliage including coconut palms and bananas, a screened in porch for dining al fresco and so much more. Inside the house there are 4 king bedrooms and a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, 3 baths, open floor plan with plenty of living space, smart TV’s and updated appliances. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for a home cooked meal with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster and Coffee Maker (auto drip and Keurig). This home has everything you need to provide you with an ultimate vacation experience. Welcome to your home away from home.
Fandango is centrally located in the Lower Florida Keys at MM21.5. It is 20 minutes from Key West, 10 minutes from Big Pine Key and 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park. There is a 5 star restaurant within a mile and tiki bars and other restaurants within 10 miles. There is a bus stop within walking distance that goes into Key West. You do need a vehicle for grocery shopping and getting around.
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.
