In the large garden with ancient olive trees, there is a large solarium terrace equipped with deck chairs and outdoor furniture, barbecue, with a moon-shaped swimming pool. Outdoor lights illuminate the garden and swimming pool.

Summary: We - two families from Vienna with their grown-up children - spent three pleasant weeks in Casa Rosalma. The house is located very secluded in a small valley, accessible via a 2 km long gravel road, which is in good condition. A nearby beautiful natural bathing place with a dammed creek brings some traffic during the day. The location is optimal to visit cities like Gubbio, Perugia or Assisi, all three are max half an hour away by car. And Umbria is beautiful as always! The house is large and well equipped, the pool very pleasant. A Dolphin or better cleaning equipment would have made it easier for us to keep the pool clean from the many insects and leaves that constantly fall in. In the three weeks of our stay we received fresh bedding and towels once, pool towels were none. There is no cell phone reception at the house - so communication is only possible via WLAN/WhatsApp. Stella, the landlady, was very friendly and responded quickly and competently even to minor problems and questions. Looks like we will be back to Umbria again next year!
