Positive: Had a fantastic stay! Fiona, the host, was brilliant. Her communication prior to arrival was clear, informative, and genuinely warm, which set the tone for the whole trip. She also checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions while we were settling in. We were welcomed by Mary, the neighbour, who let us in and immediately made us feel at home. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Shortly after arrival, the fridge unfortunately stopped working, but this didn’t affect our experience at all. Carrie, another host, quickly arrived with supplies and stayed until the issue was resolved. She was just as wonderful as Mary. Mary even came back later to check that we had settled in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her husband, King David, kindly took us to a great local spot for food, and we later found out he’s a taxi driver (so took us back to the airport at the end of our trip!) The whole experience was phenomenal. The pictures truly do not do this property justice! It is a bright, beautiful home with high ceilings and the loveliest wraparound garden, perfect for relaxing and following the sun throughout the day. I would 100% recommend staying here!
