Positive: It was a nice spacious flat, with 2 queen beds, a nice kitchen, a micro wave, a big table for the meals, Netflix account available. The Visitor Center is very close. The Wells Gray Park and the waterfalls are close-by too. And last but not least: a delicious restaurant can be found about 5 min from the flat (Hop "N" Hog Tap & Smokehouse - definitely recommend it!). We also had a nice & friendly chat with the owner of the flat :)
Negative: We were pleasantly surprised to see a washing machine (not mentioned in the list of what could be found in the flat) as we could have used it. But unfortunately, it was out of order (but there again, it wasn't listed in the flat's content. It would have been a bonus).
Summary: Great flat with all the utilities needed near the Gray Wells Park
