Positive: One of the best places I've been to! - Very helpful, responsive host. - Very spacious, excellent $/m^2 ratio. - Very accurate photos - really beautiful place. - Easy to find a free parking spot ~5-30m from the place.
Negative: - Would be nice to have a self-checkin/checkout option. - The nearest beach (via the staircase) is not really great for swimming (I believe it might actually be forbidden) - Each evening/night (21:00-00:00), a bunch (5-10) of teenagers was sitting near the staircase right below the balcony, being quite loud and annoying. That's obviously not a host's fault and it's probably not the case outside of school break season, but I guess it's worth being aware of. You could probably not hear them on the top-top terrace, but it was unfortunately not an option for us to hang out there for too long (due to a kid sleeping downstairs). - 0.5EUR/KWh for air conditioning. While I understand where it comes from, I believe it was not mentioned in the offer and it still feels kinda off. It should at least be included in price up to a certain limit and then paid extra.
Summary: Ridiculous sea view. A place worth every penny.
