Positive: The receptionist was super sweet and extremely helpful after a truly horrible experience with another property the day before.
Negative: The kitchen was pretty bare. Would have been great to have a toaster and more utensils, pots, just more kitchen items in general.
Summary: Happy ending to a terrible start.
