Positive: Has some charm! It is newly renovated and clean. Easy to park near the building, free of charge parking. Supermarket just across the street. Very quiet during the night.
Negative: Little bit too small if you are staying more than one night. Need some more kitchen amenities (glasses, kitchen towels...). Only two big towels has been left for us, no small ones for hands. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. No nightstand lamps.
