We can comfortably host up to 8 guests with plenty of space for everyone. The luxurious Master Suite comes with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the Secondary Suite features a cozy queen bed and its own en-suite. Plus, there are two more bedrooms with comfy twin beds for sweet dreams all around. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV—perfect for watching a movie or your favorite shows on your go-to streaming service. Complimentary Netflix provided.
Our kitchen is perfectly positioned and stocked with everything you need to whip up a feast, enjoy a family meal, and clean up with ease—just like at home. Don’t feel like cooking? Take a quick stroll to the golf club and treat yourself to some delicious bites at their restaurant and bar. Or, explore the local spots and discover a new favorite eatery.
We do provide a basic starter kit for the home, however, please be prepared to bring/purchase any additional supplies that you may need. Just outside the community, you’ll find grocery stores like Walmart Supercenter and Winn Dixie. Everything you need is less than a mile away!
Our convenient location is only 20-45 minutes near must-see attractions such as Legoland, the magic of Disney World. Universal Studios, Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Peppa Pig Theme Park, Posner Park Shopping Mall, Bok Tower Gardens, and Fantasy of Flight. A quick road trip can take you to Florida’s best beaches. TRASH COLLECTION
Trash pick-up day is Friday between 6am-6pm. Trash carts are located on the side of the house next to the garage. Please place the trash carts by the curb Thursday evening AFTER 6 PM or early Friday morning. Return when empty.
POOL SERVICE
Pool maintenance is weekly. Please allow them to service the pool. The pool service team does not need interior access.
PEST CONTROL
We have a contract with a pest control company for preventative treatment. Routine service does not require interior access but will access the lanai through the pool screen door. Please clean up crumbs and spills immediately.
