Positive: The apartment is very conveniently located near the Barberini metro station. the place is lively, with good transport accessibility. Palazzo Barberini is just around the corner. The owner is always in touch and tries to help.

Negative: My stay at this studio was far from comfortable due to multiple serious maintenance issues: 1. The shower door does not close properly, causing water to flood the floor. As a result, the bathroom stays damp, making it impossible for anything to dry. 2. Toilet & Bidet — both are not securely fixed to the floor, wobbling dangerously. This could lead to an embarrassing situation if you're not expecting it. 3. The bathroom door cannot be opened from the inside. If it shuts completely, you’ll find yourself locked in—a serious safety hazard. 4. A key power outlet in the kitchen, which you’ll need for the kettle, microwave, and personal devices, is literally taped to the wall with adhesive tape. This is both unsafe and unprofessional. 5. The kettle is covered with such a thick layer of limescale that it even flakes off into the cup—completely unacceptable for any rental property. Overall, this apartment need of repairs. Until these I cannot recommend staying here.
