Summary: This is our second trip to Brussels, and will most likely not be the last, as our daughter, her husband, and my granddaughter live there, and our stay at "Glaciere 10" could not have been better. We found the place with no issues, and the remote check-in process got us in with minimal issues. We had to call the manager to locate the keys, but he answered quickly and got us in. Be mindful, you are in an old European city and the buildings are older, with many steps, so if you are not a climber, be careful when you book. That being said, the place was perfect and as described, with a well-appointed kitchen, ample living space, and a deck to enjoy the summer evenings, which are long in the summer. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. As for the location, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, takeaways, and grocery stores in the area, and although we mostly ate out, we did cook dinner one evening, and the local butcher (around the corner) was amazing. If you want to experience Brussels, this place puts you there.
