The apartment is 30 meters far Ponte Vecchio. it is on the 5th mezzanine floor of a seventeenth century building (with an elevator), in Lungarno Archibusieri at the corner between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, in front of the roof of the Corridoio Vasariano. It is full of natural light and has spectacular views of the Arno river.
It is elegantly furnished with antiques and designer furniture.
The interior is 48 square meters (520 square feet), and was entirely renovated in 2008. It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed(160x200) and wardrobe and a modern bathroom.
Although ideal for two people, the apartment can fit up to a maximum of four with its sofa bed (140x200) in the living room.

The following points of interest can be reached by foot: 1 minute walking to the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, in Piazza Signoria. 5 minutes walking to Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant shopping street in Florence. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to the other side of the Arno you reach Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden in 5 minutes. The apartment is 15 minutes by foot to the main station, Santa Maria Novella, where you can take buses going in all directions of the city. Metered parking is available 100 meters from the apartment. A public garage (payment follwing the stay) is on the other side of the river.
