Enjoy your vacation in a terrific condo with a glorious view of the Seascape beach (located 25 yards from your front door). This comfortable, fully-equipped unit features a main level master BR suite, along with a spacious loft second bedroom with three twin beds. Both BR's have attached full baths. One of Seascape's five pools is right outside your back deck. The unit features a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. You will also appreciate the new bedding and linens throughout.
Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.
Condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo. Note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the unit is ONLY available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for all available discounts.

Summary: This property was just as advertised! Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Cool tabletop jukebox playing music when we arrived that really put us in a festive mood. 3-5 minute walk from condo to beach, which is immediately across the street. Steve was Awesome to work with! Will definitely work with him again for future rental needs!
