Thanks for considering staying with A New Hope Retreat! Located on a 2100 sq ft property nestled 10 miles between 2 of the Gulf Coast's most adored beaches, the Grey Sunset room will provide a relaxing and fun place to recuperate from a day full of seeing the wonderful sites the Gulf Coast has to offer. I want to make sure your experience is enjoyable, so thoroughly read the details of the listing, and contact me with any questions you have.
The Grey Sunset Room is a room in a house where myself and others may be staying.
You’ll have a private room with electronic locks and full access to all common areas and appliances. Since your room door and front door have electric locks, self check-in is super easy. You’ll be sent instructions on your reservation day and you'll have full access to all areas you are able get into! This room can host up to 4 people (with the help of a queen air mattress or 2 rollaway beds I'll set up upon necessity), and pets. By default it is setup for 2 people.
Enjoy multiple fire pits, a picnic area, relaxing hammocks, video game consoles, free coffee from our "Coffee Corner" in the fully stocked kitchen, free and fast internet, TV with Roku in your room, access to Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, and YouTube premium and more. Your door will have a code for entry for you only, so your belongings are safe in your room. Your room is stocked with high quality bedding and memory foam pillows. We want to make sure your time is enjoyable and your stay is as clean as possible, so we regularly clean all common areas daily. We also have many toiletries, coolers, and beach chairs for use upon availability, so please let me know if you would like use of any of these. We're also happy to offer, at an additional cost, on-site car washing/detailing, paddle board rentals, and ride hailing.
