Newly decorated studio on ground floor, no carrying luggage up stairs. Corner unit offers additional windows and opportunity to view wildlife. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and hikers. Beautiful view of the Smokies from the pool area. Included on the grounds for your use are an outdoor heated pool (seasonal, closing approx. Oct. 1st), charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, game room (hot tubs, sauna and game room open year round), coin operated washer and dryer on second floor of building. Nest doorbell, Alexa and multiple USB's. Sorry, no children, pets, smoking/vaping, minimum age 21.

Summary: Kathy is a great host. Check in was easy especially after a long drive from Detroit area. The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple that wants to get away from the fast pace of life. We have stayed here twice in two years and we plan on staying again next year.
