Summary: The property was wonderful and the host did a great job with communications. This is a calm, quiet, gorgeous stretch of 30A. The beach only has a few families on it. You can look up or down the beach and see large crowds nearby, and marvel at how much privacy you have. The bikes are great, but make sure to have an air pump. When I filled the tires up, both bikes were well below 20 psi. We used the well-equipped kitchen almost every night. I’m happy that I brought a good pan as the pots and pans aren’t the best. Great knives and plenty of everything else. Just a heads up, the unit has no games if that’s something your family is into. I would return to Blue Tide over and over.
